This RVS is to be applied when carrying out emission and air quality impact calculations of airborne pollutants for road construction projects subject to environmental impact assessment as well as for road construction projects that are subject to a case-by-case assessment to determine the obligation to carry out an environmental impact assessment or are subject to the obligation to determine the course of the road under the Federal Roads Act (BStG).
